Employee Spotlight on Victor Digiuseppi
Victor Digiuseppi is the Facility Manager for AAA on Prosperity Church Road in Charlotte. He has been with AAA Car Care for almost 7 years and enjoys being a part of the AAA Carolinas team. "The interaction and the brotherhood of all our business lines work towards the same goal…making a AAA Member's day better."
When it comes to giving advice on car care, Digiuseppi suggests checking the air in your tires and the oil level in your vehicle regularly. "The industry standard is at least 5,000 miles between oil change services. If your car has a few miles on it, oil consumption and minor oil leaks may create a low oil problem."
With many cars today, the timing is regulated by oil pressure. Low oil can adversely affect a car's performance, generate a check engine light, or even shut your car off while you drive. Digiuseppi recommends checking your oil level and keeping it in the safe range between oil changes to prevent problems.
According to Digiuseppi, AAA Car Care handles all repairs and maintenance with the exception of body or frame damage from an accident. When asked his best piece of advice to give a car owner, Digiuseppi replied, "Find a full-service repair facility that you trust, and trust them to look out for you and your car."
AAA Car Care Centers are set apart from other service centers. "We are committed to getting our members and customers back into their car with the best possible automotive repair experience in the industry," said Digiuseppi. Each of our stores has an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certified Master Technician supervising and assisting with a full range of repairs including electrical systems, air conditioning, brakes, alignments, oil changes, preventative maintenance, tune-ups and more.
