Who needs Sundance when one of the first film festivals in the country – and the oldest running film festival in the South – is just a short road trip away? Next month, head over to Tennessee and celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Nashville Film Festival.

The Nashville Film Festival is running from October 3rd – 12th at the Regal Hollywood Theaters. There will also be special events, receptions and parties hosted at someone of Nashville’s most popular venues. It may be 2,000 miles from Hollywood, but this is truly a red carpet event.

Tickets to each regular film throughout the festival and Creators Conference session are $15, and opening night special presentations tickets are $25. If you want the full Tinseltown experience, there are a range of VIP passes available.
