Everyone needs a little romance in their life. Here are our suggestions:


Is there any place more likely to conjure l’amore than France? From Paris to Provence, the French know how to make everything romantic. Paris certainly has food, wine, art and culture, but strolling down the Champs-Élysées at twilight or people-watching from a sidewalk table at an intimate Parisian café – that’s romance. And, Provence – France’s Mediterranean heartland full of stunning landscapes: fields of lavender, ancient olive groves, clifftop villages and even snow topped mountains – you’ll be seduced by its sun-drenched colors.


Maui is known as the Valley Isle and is the second-largest island in the Hawaiian chain. It has a little something for everyone: captivating beaches, scenic golf courses, small-town charms, spectacular landscapes and great restaurants. Head to Wailea Beach to just relax and take in the views. A drive along the Road to Hana takes you through the interior of the island where you’ll see flourishing rainforests, flowing waterfalls, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes.


Tranquil Tahiti offers a little bit of everything. This island nation in French Polynesia is home to incredible, powdery white sand beaches, waterfall-laden mountains, sheltered blue lagoons and a mix of Polynesian cultures. Head to Tahiti Iti, for a glimpse at a more traditional pace of life, or stop at the Marche de Pape’ete and shop for colorful sarongs, shell necklaces, woven hats and local produce. Go in July to see a solar eclipse that will pass directly over the Tuamotu Archipelago, completely darkening the sky for about three and a half minutes.


Savannah is a beautiful city, draped in Spanish moss with grand antebellum architecture. This coastal town has a world-class reputation for hospitality and grace, plus an innovative dining scene that features fresh, coastal seafood. Stroll through Forsyth Park and take a selfie at the 19th century fountain. Visit the Telfair Museums not only for art, but also a look into Savannah’s storied past.


Romance can be found on the open seas…. looking out from the deck of the ship at night, seeing thousands of stars, relaxing on powdery beaches and swimming in turquoise blue waters. Enjoying fine food and drink, with not a care in the world. A Caribbean Cruise is made for romance.
